A non-profit organization that provides assistance to individuals to reduce financial and emotional burdens to empower individuals to focus on their health during their breast cancer treatment. They provide treatment navigation for all stages of breast cancer. Financial assistance is available for individuals who's annual income is at or below 4.5 times the federal poverty rate. MO Breast Health Program - every woman, no matter their age, should be informed about their breast health.  Gateway to Hope screening program can match you with an experienced navigator and emotional support to help you get your regular cancer screenings. They can assist with enrollment in insurance and to have financial assistance to cover the cost of transportation and getting breast cancer screening. Partners with area service prvoiders by funding meal and nutrition programs, active living centers, and in-home care agencies throughout Northwest Missouri.  They offer healthy aging courses, community outreach, advocacy during long-term care arrangements, information and assistance, and comprehensive benefit counseling. 

Other assistance can include: transportation, legal aid, public education, medicare & medicaid counseling, ombudsman, grandparents raising grandchildren, silver hair legislature.
