Wellness Challenge Begins! 

Join us for a 10 week wellness challenge designed to improve nutrition, increase physical activity and build healthy habits! 

The wellness challenge can be joined virtually or in-person for weekly weigh ins and will offer accountability with peers through a private facebook group and weekly wellness walks - accountability is always helpful! You will also have the health department staff to help coach, guide, and encourage you to reach your goals. 

Businesses or individuals are encouraged to join!
