- Blood draws (specimens sent out to Quest or LabCorp)- $20 draw fee
- Fasting blood glucose testing- $5
- Non-vaccine injections (ex: Vitamin B12, Testosterone, etc)- $5/shot
- Suture/Staple removal- $15
- Medication set-up- $5/month
- Pregnancy testing- $5
